LVRJ sounds off
I never thought I would see the day when the LVRJ made sense. Well it has happened. Maybe there is hope for our country after all.
Hard-core liberals can’t stand the Fox News Channel. Passing a television that’s tuned to the conservative favorite forces many of them to close their eyes, cover their ears and scream, “La la la la la la la la la!” Then they dash to their computers and fire off 2,500 e-mails condemning the outlet, none of which are ever read.
I am laughing so hard I am crying.
The approach of outfits such as MoveOn.org is so juvenile it’s laughable. Imagine if every political organization created litmus tests for news organizations before agreeing to appear on their programming. Republicans would have boycotted PBS, CBS, NBC, ABC, National Public Radio and The Associated Press decades ago.
This hyperventilation results from the fact that far-left Democrats have no comparable media outlet, nor any widespread national appeal, for their radical views in favor of heavy-handed regulation, wealth redistribution, diplomatic capitulation and economic protectionism. So they attack their rivals’ messenger with a reckless barrage of rhetoric that cuts down their own allies with friendly fire.
By Friday, the Nevada Democratic Party caved in to the lunatic fringe and began seeking a more “appropriate” television partner.
Comedy Central, perhaps?
Bingo.
The LVRJ made some sense, however they made one little mistake which shows their liberal bias. They say the nutroots have no comparable news org to FoxNews. Well that is not quite right. Here is an example of the typical MSNBC broadcast (MSNBC caught in ANOTHER smear campaign)
Dems Response
Tom Collins: Why we cut ‘n’ run
Since reaching that agreement with FOX we were heartened to hear from so many people who supported our decision to reach out to voters wherever they may be, including those watching FOX News. The state parties of Arizona, Montana, Colorado and New Mexico joined in support of our decision along with DNC Chairman Howard Dean, many members of the Nevada media and the leaders of the Nevada AFL-CIO, Culinary Union and Professional Firefighters Association.
The nutroots did not however sign on (link to story). They went ballistic and wet their pants proving once again they are nothing more than children.
Tom goes on to explain that FoxNews has an editorial bias against the Democrats. No, not really. They just ask Dems the tough questions and provide both sides an opportunity to speak. Oh and they don’t automatically blame America, court dictators, and push the Socialist agenda. This of course is the bedrock of the Democratic party.
More proof that the liberals run the Democrats and they are doomed to failure.
